- Added a 2-story precast concrete parking structure with drive-through teller stations on the 1st floor
- Underpinned existing foundation to meet code requirements
- Restored original lath & plaster walls and ceilings
- Assembled new bank vault on-site
- Installed new pneumatic tubing system at drive through teller stations that had to be retrofitted into existing structure
